Shipping Policy

1. Production and processing times

All our products are printed on demand by our production partner.
Once your order is placed, it is automatically sent to production. The average processing time is:

  • 🕒 2 to 5 business days for manufacturing before shipping.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

2. Estimated delivery times

The times below are estimates from the shipping date and may vary depending on your location and time of year:

⚠️ These delivery times are provided as a guideline. Delays may occur due to weather conditions or high seasonal demand.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on total weight, number of items, and destination.
In some cases, free delivery may be offered during promotions or from a certain purchase amount.

4. Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can track your package in real time via the carrier's website.

5. Commandes multiples

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately, as some products come from different warehouses depending on their type (e.g. clothing, accessories, posters, etc.).

6. Delays and lost packages

If your order does not arrive within the indicated timeframe:

  1. Check the tracking provided by email.

  2. Make sure your shipping address is correct.

  3. If the package appears to be lost or stuck, contact us within 30 days of the shipping date.

We will open a claim with our partner and arrange free reshipment if the package is confirmed lost.

7. Address error

If there is an error in the address you provided, we cannot reship the order free of charge. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be charged a new shipping fee to send it to the correct address.
