Return policy
1. Print-on-demand articles
All our products are created especially for you upon ordering. This means they are printed on demand (Print-on-Demand) and cannot be returned or exchanged simply due to a change of mind, size, or preference.
2. Defective items or printing errors
If your order has a manufacturing defect, a printing error, or damage due to delivery, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
We will take charge of the situation with our printing partner to offer you a free reprint or a full refund, as appropriate.

Include:
The order number
A clear photo of the problem or damaged item
A description of the defect
3. Items lost in delivery
If your order appears to be lost or has not been delivered after the estimated time, please contact us. We will file a claim with our carrier and, if necessary, a reprint will be issued.
4. Unauthorized Returns
Please do not return products directly to the shipping address on the package (this is a partner center). Any unauthorized returns to this warehouse will not be accepted or refunded.
5. Cancellation of order
Orders are processed automatically upon confirmation. We cannot guarantee cancellation of an order once it has been submitted to production. If you wish to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
6. Items not eligible for return
For hygiene and personalization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Clothes worn or washed
Personalized products (names, visuals, specific sizes, etc.)
Gift cards
